af is due today no blood yet but a bfn

My period tracker predicted af today. My cm usualy becomes tinted then af cones but today the odd crampy feeling but nothing but normal cm.

Pregnancy test is a 20mui and only held my wee for an hour and half.

bfn.

im 11 dpo.
