I have temp spikes if I drink too much but usually a glass or two with food doesn't hurt too much. I also use opk's to verify ovulation is coming.

Yeah I'm the same way. A couple of drinks doesn't do anything to my temperature. But a nights worth of drinks - my temps will definitely shoot up!
