Last AF was Dec 2nd. I had confirmed ovulation via bbt and progesterone test 16 days later. Dtd everyother day around that time. I have had pregnancy symptoms, including headaches, sore breasts, frequent urination, tired more often, and off and on nausea. Now AF is over 2 weeks late and still bfn on hpt and blood serum test. What could be wrong, since anovulation isn't the problem?

Do you have any hormonal issues like PCOS, Endo or anything? How far apart are your cycles?

Thanks for replying!

No irregularities that I know of. Had an array of fertility testing in July, HSG, AMH, FSH, LH, Testosterone, Estradiol, Thyroid, vitamin deficiencies, follicle scan. The only thing they found was AMH @ 0.97 (1.5 is normal for my age - 31) so they put me on supplements to promote egg quality and ovarian function (CoQ10, DHEA, low dose Aspirin, L'Arganine, vit D in addition to my prenatal).

They ruled out PCOS in Jan 2014 and July 2014. Not sure about endo, but the HSG showed normal uterus shape/size and open fallopian tubes. I'm perplexed.

My cycles are 27-28 days with ovulation typically on cd16. I have an 11-12 day luteal phase very regularly.

maybe your body just naturally produces low levels of hcg and it might take a little more time to get your bfp to show up :)
