af type pain when big o is due

i get lower abdoman pressure and af type pains when big o is due feels very uncomfortable some months worse than others anyone eles have this x

This was my first month Oing after 6 years on birth control and omg yes! Quite strong AF cramps! I was not expecting it and though AF was on its way. What are your AF cramps like? I have read O is suppose to be like 'mild' AF cramps. I'm terrified to get AF! I'm hopeful the cramps are a good sign of everything happening as it should.

mine are quite strong lower presure achey back for a day or two im 1dpo now the horrid 2week wait x
