Yes, since the loss of my daughter i have had a little boy (Mathew) he was born at 34 weeks gestation but was a whopping 6lbs!

I didn't really relax untill i reached 24 weeks and even then i took it week by week. But now when i look back, i wish i relaxed a little more (mentally).

My doctor signed me off my work sick from when i was 6 weeks till i was 24 weeks! so i suppose i was lucky that i had the option of bed rest.

Im completely terrified something terrible is going to happen. I dont think i can wait until my 12 week scan to know i have a little heartbeat there. I have my first MW appt tomorrow so going to ask if i can have an earlier scan to ease my nerves a bit.

No i havent done a journal, but a lady on here mentioned it to me, do they help ?? x
