Agnus Cactus

Is anyone taking Agnus Cactus? Does it regulate periods? What dosage is safe to take each day?

Also does B6 help regulate periods?

I am taking it. I have been breastfeeding without a cycle for 13 months and have just successfully used it to bring my cycle back. I also used it when we were TTC our son. We had 12 long unsuccessful cycles, then I started with the agnus castus. On our first month using it I ovulated a few days earlier than usual and 8 days later got my BFP! I am taking 1200mg/day but its probably best to read the label.
I have read that B6 helps to lengthen the luteal phase if you have a defect there.
