Agnus Castus Advice

Hi Ladies,

I have just bought these (hanging on to all hope here!)
but have read about a lot of ladies taking up to 1000mg, so confused if these are strong enough.

Each film-coated tablet contains 3.9mg of extract (as dry extract) from Agnus Castus fruit (Vitex agnus-castus L.) (equivalent to 23.4mg-31.2mg of Agnus Castus fruit). Extraction solvent; Ethanol 75% v/

Please be nice I'm new to the TTC world - have been diagnosed with premature ovarian insufficiency so trying every natural remedy we can before having to try IVF with donor eggs.

I was going to try help but I really don't what that means. If really only is 23-31 mg then that's not nearly enough. I've been taking 1,000mg a day since January and the positive changes have just started in the last month. I've actually upped it to 1,500 mg recently to boost it.

I got mine at GNC. It's the GNC brand, 500 mg per capsule.

When I conceived DD I was taking 1600 a day. I'm not sure such a low dose would do much.
