Agnus castus dosage and when to take

I'm feeling a little depressed about TTC and no success only thing happening is periods getting more irregular and so I'm trying Agnus castus to help with pms and periods also to TTC.

Do you take it and what dosage do you take also do you stop once ovulated? Or continue throughout your cycle

I've been looking at 1000mg dosage capsules
