Hi there, sorry if I put this in the wrong spot. I tried seeing if there was already a thread for it but there are soooo many I gave up. Anyway, I just wanted to know if anyone else is taking AC and if they have any information or success stories. I just started taking it yesterday 1200 mg and I take B6 daily as well. (I am on cd 4. my cycles for the last two months have been 36 days, but before that were around 29-30)

My DH and I have been trying for almost a year but we want to stick to natural ways as much as possible. I do BBT and chart as well.

You only need to take B6 if your LP is short - otherwise you dont need it.

I was in a long cycle and started taking AC and 10 days later AF showed up on CD53!

all my fertility calendars suggested (based on past cycles) that ov was due around 17-25th jan but on 8th jan i got my first ever EWCM, took an OPK and got a faint line, more EWCM on 9th Jan and got an "almost" OPK, my OH just happend to pop round to see me (unexpectedly) so i quickly pounced on him and later that night got a dark positive OPK

Ive never ever had EWCM not a dark positive OPK before taking AC so as far as im concerned its great!

I did also buy some B6 as ff gave me crosshairs last cycle showing an LP of 8 days only but them took the crosshairs away when i updated my data on it so i havent started taking the B6 - i dont want to risk messing with my LP if i dont need to which is why i say you shouldnt take it unless you know your LP is short.

I brought the liquid form as i read that it gets into your system quicker and was taking 25 drops each morning and night but as soon as i ov i stopped taking it only because the thought of it makes me feel sick (tasted and smelt horrible)

I'm taking it in tablet form, 1600mg a day

I've been taking it for about 2 months now, my first cycle was 37days and my second 34. I was stopping at O but after reading loads I'm not sure I need to, but def stop when a :BFP: shows! I'm going to take it my whole cycle this time, it takes a few months to get into your system anyway!
I take it along with evening primrose oil (which you do have to stop after O) and my skin is really clearing up (went mad after coming off BCP) and I had hardly any PMT last time, very unusual for me!
