Agnus Castus - who can educate me??

I am 6 days late for AF and have had negative blood tests and negative hpts. The witch is tunting me I just know it!! I am thinking about trying agnus castus but I am finding some conflicting info online.

Who is using it and can give me personal insight on the stuff? Is it good for regulation of AFs? Is it safe is potentially I am pregnant??

I used it to bring back my cycle this month as I am breastfeeding and I will continue to take it for my whole cycle to encourage ovulation.
I also used it to concieve my son in 2011. We had 13 long depressing cycles with me usually ovulating around cycle day 21-29. The first cycle I tried Agnus castus I ovulated on day 17 and we finally got pregnant! There is conflicting advice about when to stop taking AC but I continued with it until I got my BFP.
