do you take agnus castus throughout the whole cycle? and Epo, is it only til Ovulataion?

No its best to stop once you've ovulated. AC can damage a growing foetus, so after ovulation generally stop until AF starts then start taking it again

i mean it won't do you personally any harm to take it all the way through, but if that baby is there it will do it harm, so it's just safer to stop once you know you've ovulated just in case! x
