I have got some of this today and i'm going to give it a try.

Just a few questions if anyone can help....?

I haven't had a period since coming off the pill in June so will I be ok to start taking it straight away?

Also I'm pretty sure I don't ovulate, and I have read numerous times to stop taking at ovulation, however the lady in Holland & Barrett said it's not a problem and I can continue taking it.

If I dont know when i'm ovulating what do you think I should do? It says to take twice daily but it doesnt say how long 4? its 400mg 100 tablets.

Start right away. Some say to stop when you O, others to stop after you get pos pregnancy test. I'm taking it in hope to regulate my cycles, and I'm only going to stop if I get pregnant. Mine's also from H&B and I take 2 400mg twice a day, just like it says on the bottle.

hey i just started takin this last week as i havent had a period since october i have heard not to take when ovulating so iam uing ovulation tests and i will stop takn it
while im ovulating .mine say on ingredients they are800mg and i take 2 a day x
