Hi girls, i stopped bc the end of august had my withdrawl bleed straight away i am now on CD21 and ff has predicted me to get my af on friday.

i was thinking if it doesnt turn up, was thinking should i take agnus castus to see if it brings AF on?

Hiya, I take 2x 400mg tabs twice a day, I ovulated and came on last month, so i do think it works, gone abit funny this month though as not sure if i ovulated and im due on today but nothing yet. good luck

couldnt tell if i o'd either as i totally messed up me temping lol. but the temps have start to drop as of yesterday so hoping af shows on time, will be gutted if it doesnt. i have got some OP tests for next month. do you know at point in my cycle show i start taking AC and when do i use the OP tests? this is all new for me

I think i started it a week after i stopped the pill, and i normally start using the opks quite early on as i have long cycles off the pill, so need to catch ov day, but iv had negatives on them this month, so not looking good again.

I took agnus castus and it didnt work for me at all sorry i tried it for 6 month aswell and in the end gave up on it. I guess it works for some and not for others!

hey hun whats gone funny u mean your AF or cycle days yeeessss,, if it has a think i can relate to that alittle but dare i say iv onlyt just started agnus castus it amazing for my AF pains and just wen iv finished to stop those AF pains aswell with no bleed.. but im not sure weither its me or weither iv ovulated late cuz of agnus castus or weither its trying to lenghen my LP i honestly dont know im due in 3days time and ment to be 7dpo

iv tried to see if agnus castus cud really affect ovulation and delay it but i did cum across a few storys about it and some ppl said it can not delay ovulation so that made me kinda baffled really but i also heard it can muck up ppls cycles i know im taking a risk myself by using it even tho iv ovulated late possibley but im not given up yet on agnus castus because iv herd some good storys about it and also determined to keep sticking with it if i am in doubt abut something that is bothering me all i got to do is pop into the shop where i brought it from and asked for the experienced assisitant who sold it to me about it if i am in fact have any doubts so fingers croxxed im hoping for a soon but if all esle fails then at least i can dearly say to myself well at least i gave it a shot and im not given up neither so follow your heart hun and do what you think is best lots of baby to you and everyone

ohh quick note i think ya supose to start agnus castus on the day you have AF but everyones diffrent best advice i can give you is go to our nearest health shop and discuss it with a experienced assistant who can help you much better than i can lol hope that helps x

im CD26 today and due in 3 days time and 7DPO my cycle lengh is 28 to 29days but acording to my BBT my readings say that i ovulated on CD19 and if i ment to be due in 3days and im already 7DPO if i dont get my anti flow then im in for a long wait not unless i get a bfp which i really am hoping for fingers croxxed and lots of
