So this has been the last ten days:
Last monday (3/21): normal 30 wk appointment, find out I have GD. Sucky. Get reffered to a specialist
Wednesday (3/23): Go see specialist, have scan, get all this information thrown at me that I can't process, get told I probably have type 2 in non-pregnant life as well (i call bullshit on this, but that's a whole other thread that I won't go into). get reffered to a nutritionist
Thursday (3/24): See nutritionist at St. luke's hospital, not my normal L&D hospital.
Sunday (3/27): Go to my normal hospital because my legs swelled up to the size of tree trunks and turned blue. Everything's fine, but need to follow up with my OB.
Monday (3/28): Go to Ob's
Today, Thursday (3/31): Go to Hospital AGAIN because LO's fetal movement dropped dramatically. everything's fine, just got home.
AHHHHHHH! I could really stand to not have to go to a medical office for a week, just to have a break! I'm stressed with all the above, plus having to monitor my blood sugar and change my diet that it's just too much! I want to be full term and deliver so I can stop stressing and worrying and just have my baby boy to hold and see with my own eyes! GAAHHHHHH!
okay, vent over.
