All the symptoms but no BFP

I am unsure when I ovulated as we've just begun trying again after having an IUD removal in Jan. I had a period Feb 16-20 had unprotected sex the 4th (really the only day it could have happened) and my tracker said period due March 14th. On the 16,17 and 18 I had brown spotting. I've been moody, breasts hurt a little, slightly nauseous and I really feel different. I've only had negative HPTs and my clinic will not do a blood test. Has anyone else had this happen? Could something else be wrong?
