Already need a body pillow?

Anyone have a good recommendation of a good body pillow? I know it's weird to want one at 8 weeks but I've been so sore lately and I want to start sleeping with one now.

The DreamGenii is amazing! I used to always sleep on my front so sleep became very difficult & that pillow sorted it out!

I read on Amazon that the dream genii isn't that good if you are tall. I'm 5'10" so unsure whether to get it. I saw a massive C shaped pillow on there that looks great but it would take over our double bed!

That could be true, I'm only 5'2'' and it's perfect for me!
