I got mine through https://www.tickerfactory.com/ezticker/ticker_designer.php

Then copy the linke it gives you, then come back on here, go to "user CP" and "edit signature" and paste it in there. That's what I did anyway x

There are tons of ticker spots if you just google them! Also kinda just check out what tickers some of the other girls have on here and if you like the style of one then click on it and it should take you to that page!! Thats what I did! Hope this helps!! :O)

alternately if you are planning on charting Fertility friend will allow you to get a ticker which goes in line with your actual cycle!
