Alternative sweeteners?

    Looking for suggestions to use in my coffee. So far I've tried Stevia & monk fruit, both give a bad aftertaste or make my stomach upset.

    Try adding some honey. I am using it in small doses and I have no problems with it.

    It won’t be sweet and you probably already use a creamer, but a nonfat milk? Cafe au lait was my go to drink every morning when I lived abroad for a month.

    Could you also consider going black? Honestly, I started by just adding milk no sugar. Then transitioned to black by slowly adding less milk, medium roasts. It was a long, hard transition. I hated it at first. Quit so many times. It was legit a multi year process to train my brain to accept black coffee. Doing the same thing now with nonfat Greek yogurt ugh

    hope you find something that works!

    I got used to drink coffee and tea without any sugar. I now think it's much tastier.

    I use Splenda for my coffee. I’m weird and only like cold coffee so I usually prefer it because it dissolves the easiest. I don’t do a lot and only drink one (large) coffee a day so it isn’t bad. Another really good one is swerve, you can order it on Amazon.

    I use stevia if I need to sweet something. I know sugar is not good for our health. Even not talking about just sugar with put in our tea. But we also eat many foods that contain unhealthy sugar. That's why I try to avoid adding sugar to my drinks and food, but if I do I use stevia. The https://betterme.world/articles/stevia-and-belly-fat/ article also mentions several pros about using it. That's why it is my alternative for the moment.

    I second Splenda, I don't think it has any aftertaste. For food things or baking I use Sukrin:1 which I get from Amazon although I think they might do a version in Holland & Barrets
