Hi,

I think that af has just started today, however it's a couple of days later than normal and i'm usually pretty much clockwork. I've been feeling sick for last four days and have had cramp for about a week. Was pretty sure i was pregnant up until today.

Am too scared to take a test as am sure it would be neg, but wondered what the chances are that i could be pregnant. Or is it my body playing tricks!?!?!

It sounds like AF just arrived later than normal. How heavy is AF? You can test just to be sure and put your mind at ease but it sounds like AF was just a bit late.
