Am I going crazy after 4 years TTC?

Hello!

This is my first cycle TTC since my MC in December. TTC was the last thing on my mind because my cat got sick, exhausted all treatment and we very sadly had to put her to sleep... so was not temping, or taking OPKs or even really BD.

However, my temps have been raised for 12 days, so I'm currently either 12dpo, 13dpo or 14dpo.

I tested yesterday and today with some cheapies I had left over from my MC, and I swear I've been seeing something... which is what happened last time to - the cheapies had something on 9 and 10dpo before I got a very faint BFP at 11dpo with a FRER.

I've been feeling like I did last time, and for the past 24 hours my left ovary feels like it's being pinched, and there's a dull ache. It kind of feels like it does when I ovulate, but not exactly.

These tests were taken a couple of minutes after I dipped them with my SMU (4+ hour hold). Anyone see anything? Wishful thinking on my end, probably.

I didn't test with FMU because my temp dropped a little again today (still above cover line though), and I have a sneaking suspicion AF is on her way.

I'm also getting sick! Boo

I may test with a cheapie later on, we'll see.

Still no signs of AF despite cramping for the past few days. Lines are no different on the cheapies, either. Temp dropped a couple of days ago and then over the past 2 days has risen. Not sure what's happening! I'm between 16-18dpo right now.

I put in dummy temps matching the temps I did take, to see what would happen (which I've since checked as 'discarded' - taking away my ovulation marker on CD17 because there's not enough pre-O temps). I did start temping again and my temperatures were my usual post-O temps - and they seem to have stayed that way. If I didn't know any better, I would have said that I definitely felt like I'd ovulated, and have been convinced I was going to start my period a few days ago... but nothing! If I did ovulate, I'm guessing it happened between CD17 and CD19, which would theoretically put me at 17DPO-19DPO. I have a 15 day LP. Still getting those weird evapish lines, but not reading into them at all.

Anyone have any ideas?
