Ok, just had another look, you have had a positive opk and then a temp rise but then it dropped back down, this is a little ambiguous. I think as your opk was pos you should assume you did ovulate around that time but keep temping and see what you chart looks like in a couple of days time. Keep bding until you see a sustained rise in temps just in case. But you will have to see if you temps go back up and stay up. Gl Hun xx

Im just so confused because i had my positive opk on cd13 its now cd16 and iv had my thermal shift and now its completely dropped again! i have no idea what to think xxxx

My temp always rises immediately before an ovulation dip, maybe you are the same. I think your opk kicked in early. If your next three temps are higher then you will have O'ed on CD16.

Opk measures FSH, it might not always surge exactly on the day of your O, but always before.

I don't think so hun.. it could be a fallback dip today (which CAN happen at 2dpo, has happened to me and others).. if it goes back up and stays up then you did ov.. if not then you haven't yet. Are you taking your temps at the same time every morning as soon as you wake up, before getting up or speaking? xx

Yea i do it at 7am every morning before i do anything! (vaginally as well dunno if that make a difference!) Im not sure about the higher temp either because i had 2 glasses of wine sat evening with my food so could just be due to that?! ill just have to wait for af now i suppose and BD every night for the next 10 days lol xxxx

Alcohol can make your temp higher than usual. See what your temps do the next few days xx
