How do you know AF is due today? Are you charting your temps, using OPKs, etc.?

It's very possible that you didn't O exactly when you got your +OPK. OPKs show the surge in LH that indicates your body is preparing to O. You could have not actually O'd then. Are you tracking your temps too? Temping will confirm the date on which you O'd so that you know when you should start testing.

All in all, you are not out yet. There is a chance that it's just too early for anything to show up on an HPT yet.

It really depends.

For example you could be preggers but the hsg is not concentrated enough in your urine yet.

Or, environmental factors may have delayed your AF a bit. For example I have a 28-29 day cycle, and last month AF did not come until day 31. I did a bit of research and found out that heat and the sea can do that to you (I'm in the Mediterrenea at the moment).

Only time will tell. But no, you're not out until the witch shows.
