Am I out this cycle??

I have been having very irregular period lengths and have ovulated at different times each cycle. Seems now that all my vitamins are starting to help as I have just had a positive OPK today on CD17 and have left ovulation pain. Problem is OH and I so far have only dtd on Tue and Wed and he's feeling unwell today. If I can't seduce him this wkend we have no chance do we? When I get the pos OPK and pain does that mean the egg will be released today or do I have a couple of days yet? Not had a temp dip yet. Any advice greatly appreciated.

Once you got a positive OPK your bound to ovulate 12-48 hours after

Thanks for that. I definitely need to convince OH to bd tonight then. Just worried not done enough on days before now
