Am I pregnant?

I'm so confused, I've got all signs I'm pregnant and when my period was due I came on 3-4 days early and it was so light, normally I'm really heavy and have clots but it was totally different. I do suffer with cysts and doc said its prob that but I feel different. Someone help me I'm going mad x

Yes it was negative, I've been told to take one on Monday, a week away
