Am i pregnant ???

I came off my arm implant 4 weeks ago, my last period was a week bedore i had it removed, today iv been for an ultersound as i have been having alot of stomach pains ect ect .... (Turns out to be gallbladder problems) but the lady that was scanning me asked me when my last period was due i had a glance on the screen and saw a tiny blob! I told ger and asked if i was pregnant but she said ooh im just checking your wall lining she never said yes or no :/ i have done a test a FR and a white line came up along with the controll line :/ really confused

if u pregnancy showed up in a sono you would have been told...

my friend had the implant and it took a long time before her period came back
