Has anyone ever gotten pregnant after knowing their hormone levels? I'm just wondering if my egg reserve (AMH) is too low to actually conceive. I feel like I ovulate and have a period like clockwork still so I don't want to try taking anything that will change that. I'm 36 years old for reference.

I checked my AMH level, it's crucial to know how good your ovarian reserve (your eggs) is. Low quality eggs are one of the reasons of mcs and implantation issues. What does yr doc say?

I had Diminished Ovarian Reserve (DOR) and could never conceive my own - I think maybe that was tested around 40 yo. We used donor eggs to have our twins.

2.5 is not low for amh. Mine was 1.33 when I did ivf in 2014...needed ivf for endometriosis issues. Anyway, I got pregnant easily on my own again in 2017 and again in 2020. So by 2020 I'm sure my amh was even lower. Dont put too much stock into it.

Any AMH above 2 is good to go for TTC, from what my doc told me.

They explained AMH levels, and which ones indicate reduced fertility. Hope this helps.
