So I'm 5 weeks 5 days last week I got my 4 week 5 day ultra sound and blood work my results 412 HCG and my Progesterone dropped from 9 to 6.
I took matters into my own hands when the Fertility Specialist pretty much refused to give me a progesterone suppliment and called my regular OBGYN who gave me a script for 200mgs 2x's a day. I've been taking them for almost a week now. I just got bloodwork and an ultra sound done yesterday I obviously don't have the blood work back yet but I now have a yolk sac in the gestational sac and was told that was great and we should see an embryo next week.
When I was about 3-4 weeks my lining was 14mm I asked yesterday what it was and she said 26mm. The gestational sac grew from 3.3mm last week to 12.5mm this week. I was told everything seems to be progressing normally.
I did not however tell the fertility Specialist that my regular OBGYN put me on Progesterone since he seemed so against it.
I'm now praying I see am embryo nest week!
Other then the occasional bout of tierdness and very slightly tender bbs I have no symptoms. Is this normal for almost 6 weeks?

First, I would like to say congrats! Hope for a healthy and happy 9 months.

Your symptoms or lack there of rare very normal. I starters feeling very nauseous at about 6w3d. Everyone is different. Before that I had your symptoms of being tired and sore bbs. I stress a lot over every symptom because I have had miscarriages. So I totally understand your concern.

I'm glad that you went on your own to another doctor after the fertility doc didn't want to give you a progesterone supplement. There are other people on here who have also done that. Meaning that they went to someone else to get what they know they needed. I am also on a progesterone supplement.

I had no symptoms with DS and he's now 7 so no symptoms aren't always bad.
