Angus Cactus worked for me

Thought I'd share in case it's of use to anyone else but I started taking Angus cactus last month as my cycles were mega long after coming off the mini pill. It seemed to regulate me back to my usual 32 (possibly shorter) cycle straight away

Also found opks invaluable with my unpredictable cycles!

Hope you dont mind me posting here but if this thread helps just one other person, it'll be worth it.
