atm only money i get is income support, which is £50 a week and my mum makes me give her £30 of it for rent. And shes making claim for Theo instead of me, so she can get wtc and then she says she'll give me cb and ctc but that means that i wont get income support anymore and now just found out that my mum just bought herself a blackberry and new camera, plus took £1000 out of my savings account. so annoyed! she says shes broke and NEEDS my money but then just spends it on things she doesn't need don't know if should mention anything to her as don't want to cause an argument.

I agree you should deffintally say something. It is YOUR money and obviously she doesnt need money if she is buying a phone and a camera.

Why does your mum has access to your savings account? I would tell her to repay it or you'll call the police, that is theft and £1000 is a lot of money! X

She can't just go into your savings and take out money.

i'd bring it up as thats bang out of order, to loan it is one thing but to take it well thats a different story!
Also why is she claiming his benefeits for you?
