another opk question

Hi ladies,

I apologise for asking a question that has probably been asked many times before but I'm quite new to this ttc business and I just need a bit of advice.

I have a 31day cycle and am currently cd17, for the last few days I've been getting ewcm, twinges in my lower abdomen and had a breakout on my chin but I'm getting negative opks, I've been using them twice a day, is it possible to have all these other symptoms so long before ovulating, I thought you only got ewcm for a couple of days before, I've had it for about 6 days now.

We've been DTD most days anyway but I just don't want to stop in case we then miss it.

I get watery/ewcm for about a week before O - see below my chart. Normally it increases in amount and stretchiness in the run up to O and then quickly becomes creamy/sticky afterwards

Me and Opk don't mix! I can't get a positive lone no matter when I test. I know I ovulate because I temp but this month it was two,days early using Opk would have given me notice lol

It's our second month ttc so I thought I'd give opks a go, I just never realised I had so many symptoms for so long before ovulating. It makes things a tad confusing.

I'll keep testing this week and hopefully see a positive. I'm trying to keep calm about it all but I'm so impatient, just don't want my OH to get fed up with my advances lol, though he is loving it at the moment haha 😆
