I am waiting for my hubby to get home from work so he can take me up the hospital to check what's going on with baby and that fact I seem to of lost my plug, I am 32 weeks....anyway, so while waiting, here are some fun questions to answer! Strawberrys and fried eggs (not at the same time)

We were up until about 25 weeks...now it hurts to much really.
Are you LOVING or HATING your pregnancy? Why?
Hating - I have had worse pregnancy ever with every sympton possible and just want my body back - sick of being in agony every day and not being able to walk due to SPD.
Hve you had a urine infection at all during this pregnancy?
Yes I have had 5 urine infections and 5 differnt courses of antibiotics!

I was working as a carer in a home with people who have dementia...I found out i was pregnant at 2 weeks gone - from week 3 I was off sick every day until they told me I had better leave and it wasn't looking good. I had been at the job only 3 weeks.

Loving, i have SPD and had morning sickness, have loads of stretchmarks on my bump and am now getting numb fingers buts its all worth it when i see my bump moving!.

gosh! i work in a care home with people with dementia too and have been pregnant since i started so quite similar to you. i have had just two days off poorly so far but it was while they were going through my risk assesment the other day that they told me that they have to let me have time off for pregnancy related sickness. no question of it affecting my probation. i dont know if you would want to bother but if you do i would question that. its discrimination that they sacked you cos of that and goes against employment laws

BTW Steph, your work has broken the law by firing you, they CANNOT dismiss you based on pregnancy related illness. Take them to an emplyment tribuneral (sp?) and sue their asses! xxx

Something similar happened with me too except they used a lack of compatibility in qualifications for mine which I later found out was false, but at that point it was too late to do anything.

Depends on the day. Last night I was in tears after watching OBEM but am fine now.

Everything, it changes! At the moment I'm trying to persuade OH to bring me some chocolate.

Occassionally, but tbh I'd be happy not to, just not interested anymore

Hate how uncomfortable and sometimes painful it is, but love the fact that I'm pregnant and all the little kicks and other amazing things.

Actually, both. I love feeling him move about, but I hated having morning sickness and I hate being in pain!

iv been working through an agency, in different childcare centres. if i could go back in time i would get a more permanant job. I feel passionate about working with childrem but experience none of the positives going from centre to centre. i think iv finished working through the agency but will continue with nannying till its impossible.

planned but didnt think it would happen so quickly!!

What do you feel very strongly about?
people being treated equally and with respect. being true to myself and not worrying about what others think (im working on the last one)

hhmmm 4. the number increase the closer i get.

was craving salty food and was repulsed by sweet stuff. this has definatly eased.

my sex drive has never been lower. its right down at 0! last time we dtd, it hurt.

loving feeling our son, the anticipation of meeting him,seeing OH get excited, the joy and happy feelings. not so much the hormonal downs and sensitivity. errrggghhhh.

was having some pains early on, was put on antibiotics, not sure if it was a confirmed infection though, cant remember.

so far it is bruce andrew. bruce after my grandad but peoples reactions have put me off slighty. (back to the early answer of not worrying what people think). we call him bruce. HIS NAME IS BRUCE. there. i love the name!!! i havnt even mentioned it on this forum!! when we told my grandma, who doesnt remember anything, one of her reactions was "isnt that lovely!" and her other "oh bruce always hated his name". we all just laughed. im sure grandad would be smitten.

i did this too, my cat is jacob as i loved it and i call him jake/jakey. the name i loved most for our boy was jake but i still cant stop calling the cat jake
