Hello!! I am pretty new here, so I hope this is in the correct place!
I was told by a Dr. in my early 20's that I may have PCOS, but was told again later by another Dr. that I did not. I am now 29 and ttc #1. I got off of the nuvaring at the end of January 2010. I had one 35 day cycle followed by two 45 day cycles. I didn't chart temps then so I don't know if I ovulated during those times. I'm assuming not b/c I had no pms symptoms/cramping/etc. It's just like my period would just start randomly.
I live in Germany currently (Army Wife) and I don't have immediate access to ovulation kits. My Dr. checked my hormones in early April and said that one hormone was a little low but she wasn't concerned about it. Unfortunately she speaks little to no English and I speak little to know German so she couldn't tell me which hormone was low. I've been trying to find online which hormone it could be, but I'm having no luck!
My question is do you typically have pms symptoms with anovulatory cycles? I am on day 30 of my cycle and for the past four days my breasts have been extremely swollen and tender. That is the only symptom I have, other than a little more oily skin on my t-zone. I didn't chart last month b/c we were traveling for two weeks out of June and I didn't want to bother with it. I had two bfn tests, one today and one yesterday. I'm assuming af is coming, but am wondering if most ladies have pms with anovulatory cycles.
Thanks in advance for your help!
