I followed Chris Kresser's paleo style anti-inflammatory guidelines. Unfortunately I can't find the website that I used anymore, so sorry! Basically all organic, lots of green leafy veg, no preservatives, additives, colorants; no grains only sweet potato as starch, added in brightly colored berries, coconut oil, etc. Not too much red meat but enough protein. Lots of low mercury fish.
