Antibiotic in early pregnancy

Have any of you ever took amoxicillin early on in pregnancy?

I'm 8wks pregnant & have a chest infection for the past 5 days. Really wanted to do without, but I'm coughing bad & coughing up stuff. the Dr gave me amoxicillin today, but I'm so nervous taking it.

Just hope it won't harm the baby.

I was on erythromycin from 20-32 weeks with my last pregnancy. Absolutely no worries. I just ate lots of yoghurt.

Take it! I took it for uti. A unchecked infection can cause more issues then a antibotics. Same class as Tylenol. just take a probiotic or eat plan yogurt to avoid getting yeast infections.

Yes it's safe as everyone before me has said! I took it at 9 weeks for a UTI.
