Antibiotics and Clomid

Hi ladies, I was hoping someone could shed some light on the effect an antibiotic could have on clomid working. I'm a teacher and have come down with some major crud, but will hold off on the antibiotics if need be. I have 2 more days left of pills. Should I wait until I'm done with clomid to start the anti? Thanks!
