Any advice and help much appreciated!

Hi Ladies, I have been reading this site somewhat obsessively and decided if anyone can help you can... me and DH are ttc our first and we are so excited. I have come of the mini pill micronor but still havent had a visit from af even tho it has been a week, I was just wondering if anyone had any previous experience of how long it would take to get back to normal or any other tips in general for ttc. I am 22, a tad overweight (trying to fix this now!) and cannot wait to start my family!
