FF says that you Oed on CD9 and you saying that you started temping on CD8. So does that mean that you Oed on CD17? That's not uncommon at all. An O on CD9 is uncommon because a typical LP is 14 days. That would make your cycle 23 days.
I hate relying on symptoms. This month my breasts went tender about 5 days before I Oed. You have to put all the data together to confirm your O. If you end up temping next month it will give you a better picture.
