Any chart mommas here?

Well last night I went to sleep 12...woke up around 3:25 to pee and woke up at my usual time of 6am to temp. I know you're supposed to have 3 consecutive hrs of sleep so did this throw my temp off? Why is it so high?

Oh I temp vaginally btw.

I doubt the half an hour less of solid sleep would throw it off that much. It could be so high because you're going to have triphasic chart - which is a very good sign.
