Any high fsh??

Hi I am 27yrs..we have been trying to get pregnant for more than 19months.. now I am on my 2nd IUI cycle with letrozole injectables n triggershot.. recently v found out my FSH is 20.9 and AMH is 0.99 estrogen(e2) is 28.. I found out in internet that more than 12 level of fsh is kinda infertile.. any hopes from anyone? Anyone got pregnant with high fsh? Tomorrow I am having appointment with my RE..!
