Any Ideas? Growth Spurt?

Hi my LO had his first set of jabs yesterday he is now 8 weeks old. He was very unsettled after his jabs yesterday and same again today. But today he has constantly wanted to feed nearly all afternoon. My boobs are killing me they havent felt sore like this since he was newborn!! Thanks for reading xx

I'd have thought it would be connected to the jabs. He could be needing the comfort if he's feeling a bit under the weather.
