any ideas please

Today is 14dpo and I have had this tighness at the bottom of my stomach now for 4-5 days, its only to touch it feels strange, its like a small lump. I thought i was going to get BFP this month due to all symptoms and no luck. I have done another test tonight and its still showing bfn and I have had some brown spotting, AF due today hasnt came as yet. im just feeling a bit worried about the lump and wondered what everyone thought?
