Any ideas why and what can be done to help

My 9 week old was sleeping good on the night only get up couple times bottle but last 3 days she hasnt for example last night she went sleep at 8 woke up at 10 had Bottle then I got her back down she got up at 2ish and I fed her but then she wouldn't go back down she wasn't crying just when I put her in cot just wriggles and moves arms about non stop even when eyes closed I just don't know why se is waking and if ought can do diff

Do you turn on the lights when you feed her? When my son wakes in the night I feed him in the dark and he goes right back to sleep x
