any ladies help me out please??

so i have PCOS. my periods were irregular but regular....every fortnight...well this month i am now on CD30 which i haven't seen in about 2 years and still no sign of period...took pregnancy test and was negative...my doctor is on holiday until wednesday but i was just wondering if there could be a reason for this? i am not stressed, im actually the happiest i have been in years and i'm not wishing myself pregnant because i'm just taking the relaxed approach...any advise please?

nope no meds just a heap vitamins xx

It could either be that you didn't ov, or your cycle has settled to 30day cycle, or you are pg, but the hpt are not picking up.
