any "natural" ways or things to conceive with PCOS

Hi everyone I am new here. I was diagonosed 7 years ago with PCOS. My hubby and I are trying and have been trying for quite sometime now to conceive on our own. I have had all the test done and my uterus and ovaries look ok I just have PCOS and was wondering if anyone has any ideas on what I may be able to try naturally to conceive. Any herbal supplements or anything like that. Thanks

I have read that agnus castus is good for those with PCOS

It is also good to know if you have insulin resistance or not

Hmmm agnus castus sent me a bit loopy! I know that weight loss and low GI diet are really beneficial if you have a high BMI? xxx

i second what dm says re weightloss and low gi. agnus castus didnt suit me either.
evening primrose is quite good too x
