Any negative affects with EPO?

Hello...just as the title says, I was wondering if there a any common negative affects with taking evening primrose oil cd1 to ovulation? Heard lots of good things, just wanted to check before I give it a try.

I believe EPO was delaying my ovulation a bit. I recall reading that EPO has estrogenic qualities so if you are already estrogen-dominant, it isn't a great idea (which I believe I was due to be on the BCP for so long). With that being said, my best friend got pregnant and was using EPO so it obviously did not negatively impact her.

i talked about this a little in the other thread, but i was ovulating the same time before i started taking EPO so it hasn't effected my o day. But i will definitely keep it in mind if it starts to go back a little bit! But i haven't had any negative side effects. I just hate taking so many pills. Have you started taking them yet? I also drank grapefruit juice to increase my EWCM and it worked, i just cant stand the stuff so i quit! But if your scared of taking EPO, it is a great alternative if you can swallow it!

Thanks TBP! I'm happy to take it, just wanted to check there weren't any dodgy consequences. I actually quite like grapefruit juice but didn't feel it did much. I don't especially have a problem with ewcm, but thought I might as well give everything a try if it can't hurt!
