Any solutions for sore tata's???

  1. Hi ladies,

As the days go on, my boobs seemed to be getting more sore - like OUCH! sore! I'm only a 34B, but they feel like big melons and are very solid. Not sure what I can do to give them some relief. I would love to hear your suggestions.

you could either try warming up some wheat bags ( think thats what there called ) and putting them on and seeing if that helps

I found the cold makes them worse. I switched from regular bras to sports bras and they were a godsend. They should stop hurting so much in a few weeks though. In the mean time, just try applying heat like someone said earlier.

I got some gel pad type of things from the baby section in toys r us, you can either put them in a warm bowl of water or put them in the fridge before using them, they're sooooo nice to take the soreness away :)

Put a warm flannel on them and use moisturising cream on them to keep your nipples and skin soft so hopfully they wont crack or be sore later on
