hi guys
just wondering what do ye do to cheer up when having a wobbly hormones moment or day im fine most days , i just have the odd day when i know if someone looks sideways at me , i may cry
although if i let myself cry i usually feel better . but dont wanna be a crybaby for no reason
i usually go for a walk or swim which helps even though its the last thing i usually feel like doing. any other nice suggestions that dont cost much or nothing ?
