The town centre where I work is on a hill and I work at the top of it.
For a while now I've been walking to the bottom of town and back up again whilst on my lunch break in an attempt to have a little bit of exercise (My usual exercise is riding my horse which I haven't done since I found out I was pregnant).
I've noticed this week I'm really starting to struggle with coming back up the hill. I feel tired, a little out of breath and even my legs feel like it's a struggle
Does anyone else feel like this? I was wondering if I've really lost my fitness that quickly or is this a pregnancy related thing? I'm 16 weeks pregnant.
