Anybody else happy to be ovulating!?

I came off the pill 20 days ago in prep for ttc in July. I've just ovulated for the first time (been on pill for seven years!)

I've got the temp rise, positive opks and mucous! Yipee!

Is anyone else chuffed to know their body is working !?

I'd been really hot on exercising and eating well so it must be helping

I'm just having my mirena out this week but I started charting 6 weeks ago to get the hang of it. I didn't ovulate or have periods on the pill so I was also interested to see if the light periods on mirena also meant I was ovulating now. I was soooo excited to see the temp spike and +opk! Mirena is still affecting the chart but it's clear it allowed me to start ovulating again. Hopefully I will also have good cm this cycle with it gone.

Short answer - yes! I'm also excited seeing what my body is doing.

Me!! I wasn't taking BC or anything, but I always had pretty long cycles and for years feared that something wasn't quite right and perhaps I wasn't really ovulating. But after almost 2 cycles of charting and noticing a thermal shift, I'm feeling pretty stoked!

Do you ladies plan to chart all the way through, or just to know when you're ovulating for now, with no charting once you actually TTC?
