Anybody get spotting several days AFTER implantation cramps?

Hello ladies,

I had what I believe were implantation cramps 4 days ago (7DPO). It was a sharp pin like pain in my uterus, exactly the same as I felt with my first pregnancy. I took this to be implantation.

However it is now 4 days later (approx 2 days before AF due) and I got some brown discharge upon wiping.

Did anyone get a delay between implantation pains, and actually bleeding (or discharge)????

Now Im wondering whether it really was implantation, or its just my AF showing early??
